Policies & Terms
These policies exist so that every client — not just you, but everyone I work with — knows exactly what to expect. They protect the quality and consistency of my work, and they're here to help our time together be as productive as possible.
1. Booking & Payment
- All sessions and consultations are booked online.
- A session is confirmed only once payment has been received. Unpaid appointments are not reserved.
- Payment secures your scheduled time.
- Missed appointments, or cancellations/reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice, are forfeited.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this work, all sales are final. Significant preparation, scheduling, and professional time begin before the session itself and cannot be recovered or resold.
3. Between-Session Communication
Brief administrative questions (e.g. scheduling, logistics) are always welcome between sessions, free of charge.
Messages that require interpretation, emotional processing, coaching, strategy, detailed feedback, or guidance are considered part of the professional consultation process and are billable — deducted from prepaid time, or billed separately.
If no prepaid time remains on your account, these messages will generally be addressed during your next scheduled session rather than answered in writing.
4. Coaching & Tarot Packages
Tarot reading packages
Tarot reading packages do not expire. Use your sessions whenever you're ready — that flexibility is part of how I work.
Ongoing coaching
Coaching packages are designed as an active, ongoing process and are prepaid monthly, in advance. Sessions are intended to occur at reasonably regular intervals agreed upon by both parties. Clients are responsible for maintaining scheduled appointments and communicating any changes in advance.
5. Scheduling
At the end of each session, your next appointment will normally be scheduled before we conclude. Please have access to your calendar during our sessions so that appointments can be arranged efficiently, without lengthy email back-and-forth.
6. Tarot Disclaimer
Tarot reflects the energetic trajectory present at the time of the reading. Human free will, decisions, external events, and changing circumstances may alter future outcomes. Readings are intended for insight and guidance and should not be interpreted as guaranteed predictions. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
7. Use of AI
To provide clients with the greatest value for their investment, I may use AI-assisted tools to help organize notes, summarize key themes, or improve the clarity of written communications. All insights, interpretations, guidance, coaching, tarot readings, and astrological analysis remain my own professional work and judgment. AI is used solely as an administrative and writing-support tool, to improve efficiency and let me spend more time focused on clients rather than formatting documents.
8. Professional Boundaries
My role is to support, challenge, and guide. I am not available for crisis intervention, emergency services, or continuous on-demand support. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
I invest significant preparation time into every client's work, beyond the hours we spend together in session. I ask that this be respected by honouring the boundaries around scheduling, communication, and payment outlined above.
9. Ending the Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process. If, at any point, I believe that my services are no longer the best fit for a client's needs, or that meaningful progress is no longer being made, I reserve the right to recommend concluding our work together or referring the client to a more appropriate resource.
10. Confidentiality
What you share with me is held in confidence, with the exception of situations where I am legally or ethically required to disclose information (such as risk of serious harm to yourself or others).
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
