1. Services Provided

Cat Tarot offers intuitive readings through audio, video, or written format. All readings are asynchronous (not live), and crafted with care, focus, and energetic intention.

This is not therapy, financial advice, or a substitute for professional medical or legal consultation.

2. Booking + Delivery Timeline

You will be prompted to submit your 1–5 key questions and relevant details after purchasing. Your reading will be delivered within the general timeline stated on the product page (e.g., 14 days), unless otherwise communicated.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to:

• Power or internet outages

• Illness

• Mercury Retrograde

• Other unforeseen personal or environmental disruptions

We’ll do our best to notify you if delays occur.

3. Refunds + Cancellations

Due to the intuitive, time-sensitive, and non-tangible nature of this work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Readings begin the moment your energy and questions are received. Please be certain before you book.

4. Consent + Ethics

Readings are only offered for individuals who consent to receive them. You may not book a reading on someone else’s behalf unless you have their clear permission.

Cat Tarot reserves the right to decline or refund a booking that violates ethical boundaries (e.g., third-party spying, inappropriate content).

5. Use of Content

All readings and materials (including the Soul Journey Journal) are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or publishing without written permission is prohibited.
